The
room is generally only available during Friday and Saturday
evenings only. However, please enquire for other special
events for which we may be able to make special provision
for, such as weddings that we regularly host. Please
note that we do not host christenings. Please use
the contact us page to enquire about booking the function
room.

The Clubhouse is a no
smoking venue
No bookings are accepted
for 18th ( or any younger) birthday parties.
The
room will be available from 5pm whilst the bar will
be available from 7pm until 11pm.
The
room must be vacated by MIDNIGHT.
Please
check with the caretaker before decorating the room.
The
use of Party Poppers and Silly String is not allowed.
The
Bar Staff will be pleased to advise with regard to
the disposal of rubbish and to the condition in which
the room should be left.
Room
Hire is £80 Friday and Saturday night - Fully
paid up club members pay £40
Full
payment is required at time of booking
If Booking is cancelled the following refunds will
be made:-
Over
4 months....100%
Over 2 months....50%
Below 2 months....nil
